He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrol Pennington and Elsie Pennington (Reed); his wife Tammy Pennington (Brown); and his siblings, Larry Ray, Carrol Jr., Keith, Tom, Linda Young and Patricia Pennington.
He is survived by: his children, Bradley Pennington, Casey Kesner (Scott), Travis Dice (Chelsea) and Terry Keefer (Stacy Etling); his grandchildren, Kameron, Allison, Tyler, Kenna, Beau, Catalina, Jillian and Lindon; and his mother-in-law Marla Brown.
