He was predeceased by: his parents, John Meskanick and Anna Meskanick (Petrisko); and his brothers, Paul, John, Bernie and Steve Meskanick.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Meskanick (Selis); his children, Kimberly A. Lynch of West Mifflin and Michael Meskanick of Elizabeth Township; and his grandchildren, Patrick Lynch, Shawn Lynch, Ashley Lynch Michael Meskanick and Dominick Meskanick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
