He was predeceased by: his parents, John Majikes and Theresa Majikes (Hughes); his son Mark; his granddaughter Kristen Scali; and his siblings, Dolores Mulherin and Patrick.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Majikes (Chmil); his sons, Charles J. Majikes Jr. (Mary), Paul Majikes Sr. (Ann), John Majikes (Kim) of Apex, NC and Matthew Majikes Sr. (Linda) of Richmond, VA.; his grandchildren, Jacob Majikes, Alison Riviello (Bryan), Charles J. Majikes III (Kylee), Keri Carnes (Nick), Paul Majikes Jr. (Alyson), Mark Majikes (Adele), Matthew Majikes Jr., Daniel Majikes and Adam Scali; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Alex, Joe, Jack, Charles IV, Austin and Eleanor; his nephew Rev. John Chmil; Rev. Vincent Dang.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Leo the Great Parish (33 Manhattan St, Ashley, PA 18706). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. Leo the Great Church (33 Manhattan St, Ashley, PA 18706). A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the Maple Hill Cemetery (68 E St Mary's Rd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18706).
