He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel J. Capner, Sr. and Anna Hamburg (Rengowski); his sisters, Bertha Dvorsky (John), Mary Spishock (Steve) and Regina Moses Noss (Ernie); and his nieces and nephews, Karen Moses, Pamela Moses, Mildred Bobuk, Stephen Spishock and Jeff Spishock.
He is survived by: his extended family, Debra Spishock of Swissvale, Darla Lynn (Bob) of White Oak, Scott Spishock (Dottie) of Greenock, Donna Poole (Larry) of Indiana, Mike Moses (Norma) of New Mexico, Steve Moses (Marlena) of Baden and Shell Whortney (John) of Economy Boro. He is also survived by nieces / nephews.
