He is survived by: his wife Candice Heath (Miller) of Elizabeth Twp; his children, Dennis N. Heath, Jr. of Connellsville and Shannon Hawthorne of Elizabeth Twp; his grandchildren, Aleena and Rylan Hawthorne; his brother Gary Heath (Eleanor) of Berkeley Springs, WV; his niece Heidi Hambrecht (Kevin); his siblings-in-law, Richard Miller of McKeesport and Maryann Beluschak of North Versailles; and his close friend Ginger. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
