She was predeceased by: her parents, Constance M. Hruska and E. Philip Hruska; and her brother Thomas D. Hruska. She is survived by: her husband Stephan J. Clarke; her sisters, Debbie Babb (Andy) and Diane Muka (David); her sister-in-law Marta Hruska; her stepdaughter Stephanie Adams (Zachary); her grandchildren, Luke, Shay and Westly; her nieces, Eden and Kati; and her nephew Eric.
