We are sad to announce that, on August 1, 2023, at the age of 95, Edwin W. Davis of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, born in Cochranton, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander W. Davis and Gladys Davis (Patterson); his wife Margaret Davis (McClure); and his brothers, William R. and Robert N. Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Edwin McClure Davis (Donna) of Elizabeth Township, PA and Barbara D. Burig (William) of Durham, NC; his grandchildren, Jessica P. Kislak (Scott), Justin Davis, Amy B. D'Unger (Philip) and Jonathan D. Burig (Kimberly Cowan); his great grandchildren, Kaylyn, Bennett and Samantha; and his nephew Wayne W. Davis (Susan).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church at 641 Zimmer Hill Rd. Greenock, PA 15047 or to your favorite charity.
