He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kwolek and Viola Kwolek (Merta); and his siblings, John (Patrick Anthony), Edward (Joseph Kwolek), Thelma Spanbauer, Sr. (Geraldine Kwolek), Louise Sowerby (Florence Dendis) and Agnes Conley (Mary Ann Kwolek).
He is survived by: his wife Gail Kwolek (Hartland); and his brother Thomas Kwolek (Sue) of Palo Alto, CA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
