She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Rockwell and Rosella Rockwell; her husband Leonard Franks; and her siblings, Glenna Rockwell, Elizabeth Jackson, Mary Leidecker and Jack Rockwell.
She is survived by: her children, Leonard "Lenny" Franks of Uniontown, PA and Cindy Spizarny (Steve) of Erie, PA; and her grandchildren, Joshua and Megan Spizarny of Erie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
