We announce the death of Jeanne Amatangelo of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 6, 2026, at the age of 88. Jeanne will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gallick and Mary Gallick (Stefko); her husband Joseph A. Amatangelo Jr.; her grandson Joseph "Jay" Amatangelo IV; her siblings, Joanne Amatangelo, Irene Sukla, Paul Gallick, John Gallick Jr. and George Gallick; and her daughter-in-law Susan Kilcoyne Amatangelo.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Criss (Jeffrey), Linda Caputo (James), Joyce Graham (Terry), Joseph A. Amatangelo III (Gina) and Thomas Amatangelo (Jefferi); her grandchildren, Jaime, Lindsay, Max, Maria, Mia, Mara and Jake; her great grandchildren, Madeline, Alexandra, Paxton, James, Zoe, Palmer, Edie and Violet; her stepgranddaughters, Lindsay and Kelsey; Preston, Peyton and Cam.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home (221 N 2nd Ave, Elizabeth, PA 15037). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael Church (101 McLay Dr, Elizabeth, PA 15037). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Round Hill Cemetery (2131 Round Hill Church Rd, Elizabeth, PA 15037).
