She was predeceased by: her father Chester Kestner Sr.; her spouse Thomas Charles Phillips; her stepfather Bill Stone; and her brothers, Donald Kestner and Chester Kestner, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, LynneDee Muchow (Mark-Richard) of Elizabeth Township and Carla D'Angelo (Anthony) of Kennedy Township; her granddaughter MaryElizabeth Peppers (Brian) of Morgantown, WV.; her great grandchildren, Ryland and Markie Peppers; and her siblings, Victor Kestner and Donna Richards (Chip). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
