He was predeceased by: his father Nicholas Holomshek. He is survived by: his mother Janice Joyce Holomshek (Chiesi); his wife Denise L. Holomshek (Graham); his children, Kristy L. Holomshek, Nicholas M. Holomshek and Stephen D. Holomshek (Brandy); his grandchildren, RJ, Cora, Abigail, Kian, Wyatt, Warren, Alexis, Jillian and Nolan; his sister Suzanne Downer (William); his mother-in-law JoAnne Graham (late Donald); and his siblings-in-law, Diane Soukup (Eric) and Donald Graham, Jr. (Shirley). He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.
