It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Petrosky of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 28, 2026, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Petrosky and Leona Helen Petrosky (Buskey). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth L. "Betty" Petrosky (Gabriel); his children, Brian K. Petrosky (Lisa M.) and Michele M. (Michael Kristofco); his grandchildren, Kayla E. Kristofco, Lauren A. Kristofco and Matthew J. Petrosky (Abby); and his brothers, Joseph T. Petrosky (Dorothy) and Robert M. Petrosky (Kathie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Dick Petrosky may be directed to SuperKIDS of Montgomery County, Inc. supporting needy children or Seven Hearts Project to reduce the community's homeless pet population.
