He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Rowe and Julia Rowe (Mesiarik); his wife Dolores Ann Rowe (Cherepko); and his brothers, Al and Dave Rowe.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Jane Leake (Gerald) of Elizabeth Twp, Debbie Essey (Bob) of North Port, FL, Linda Heatherington (Gary) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Donald Rowe (Bonnie) of Rostraver Twp and Bobbi Jo Bullock (Ryan) of Monrovia, IN. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; also, nieces and nephews.
