He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Slavick and Pauline Slavick (Smith); his wife Grace Slavick (Elesie); and his sister Leona Brozovich. He is survived by : his children, Karen Slavick (Kevin Bleil) of Elizabeth Twp and Ronald Slavick (Cindi Patterson) of Elizabeth Twp; and his granddaughter Julie Wallace (Phil) of Diamond, OH. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; also nieces and nephews.
