She was predeceased by: her parents, William Coffer and Ann Coffer (Frabizio); her spouse Francis "Butch" Flanigan; her son Thomas William Flanigan; and her brother John Coffer.
She is survived by: her sister Rosalee "Cookie" Rodgers of Meadville. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory (6028 Smithfield St, McKeesport, PA 15135).
