He is survived by: his wife Clarice Minnick (Hoover); his children, Tracy Romesburg Jr. (Harry) of Greenville, PA and Thomas Minnick Jr. (Cynthia) of White Oak; his stepdaughters, Andrea Minford and Tina Suleski; his grandchildren, Harry Romesburg III, Kaytlin Romesburg, Tayla Minnick, Thomas Minnick III, Carter Minnick, Alex Minford, Ryan Minford, Gabriella Suleski, Gillian Suleski and Emma Suleski; and his siblings, William Minnick (Lisa) of West Mifflin and Mary Jo Minnick (Julius Johnson) of Duquesne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
