Lacey (Janelle) of Newport, KY and Michael Lacey (Annette) of Hudson, OH; his grandchildren, Katelyn Longreen, Tim, Emily, Michael, Jacob, Sam and Hannah Lacey; and his brother Mitchell Lacey (Kathy) of Espyville. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
