He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Howden and Charlotte Ducarme (Church); and his daughter Debra Smith. He is survived by: his children, William R. Howden Jr. (Kimberly) of Lakewood, CO, Laurie Teter (David) of Ocklawaha, FL and Diane Reiss of Sellersville; his half-brothers, Douglas and Joseph Ducarme of Elizabeth Twp; Saria. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
