He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. Worthington and Isabella Worthington (Bahnemann); and his son William D. Worthington. He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Lacey K. (David) and Goldberg of State College; his grandchildren, Will, Jacob Worthington, Oskar, Elowyn and Eila Goldberg; his brother Gary J. Worthington of Conneaut Lake; his nephews, Gary Worthington (Chrissy) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Christopher Worthington of Meadville; and his daughter-in-law Natalie Worthington of West Elizabeth.
A reception will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home (221 N 2nd Ave, Elizabeth, PA 15037).
