He was predeceased by: his parents, Pietro DeDonatis and Clementina DeDonatis (Perin); his sons, Peter and Tom; and his siblings, Mary (Carlucetti) and Rudy DeDonatis.
He is survived by: his wife Janice C. DeDonatis (Schell); his children, Anthony F. DeDonatis, Jr. and AnneMarie Balog (Ken Jordan); his grandchildren, Victoria DeDonatis-Hurst (Shawn) and Sam Pence; and his great grandchildren, Aden DeDonatis, Elijah, Matthew, Lukas Hurst, Samuel and Gabriel Pence. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
