He is survived by: his parents, Carl Wallace and Shirley Wallace (Custer); his wife Vicky Lynn Wallace (Swisher); his son Matthew Alan Wallace (Rebecca Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Jase and Willow; his siblings, Brad Wallace (Michelle) and Melinda Purner (Marshall); and his mother-in-law Elizabeth Swisher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
