He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Oakey and Grace Harriet Howard; and his siblings, Wayne, Carol (Blackie), Vivian, Thelma and Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Edna; and his sons, Mike (Bev) of Portales, NM, Paul (Laurie) of Lincoln, NE, Ron of Red Lodge, MT, Nate (Sharon) of Elizabethtown, PA and Chris (Kim) of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
