He was predeceased by: his parents, P. Barnett Kramer and Florence Kramer (Delamo). He is survived by: his daughter Julie A. Shirk (Richard Shirk, Jr.) of Manheim; his granddaughter Kaitlyn A. Shirk of Manheim; and his brother Charles E. Kramer (Elizabeth) of Massachusetts.
