She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Campbell and Patricia A. O'Connor (Horn). She is survived by: her husband Carl L. Rulka; her daughters, Angela L. Seitz of Middletown and Crystal E. O'Donnell (Jason) of Etters, PA.; and her grandchildren, Steffanie, Alley, Nikolas and Declan.
