She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Fisher and Clara Fisher (Runkle); and her husband Kenneth Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Michele Stackhouse (Steve), Robert Lewis (Kimberly) and Michael Lewis (Jessica); her grandchildren, Samantha Stackhouse, Adria, Brady, Sydney and Katherine Lewis; and her siblings, Gary Fisher (Nora), Nancy Boyd, Paul Fisher (Sandi) and William "Bill" Fisher (Lisa).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Donna's memory may be made to the American Heart Association.
