Ethel E. Higgins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel E. Higgins of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 4, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chapman (Olweiler) and Ethel Chapman (Hocker); her husband Robert Higgins; and her son Dennis Higgins. She is survived by: her children, Barbara (Neil Fasnacht), Tim (Patty Higgins) and Lori Higgins Kilgore; and her grandchildren, Lauren (Gregory Golaszewski), Jenna (George Basham), Brooke (Dylan Blank), Robert Higgins and Joseph Kilgore. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
