He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry M. Kirchner and Luetta H. Kirchner (Whitcroft); and his siblings, Charles Kirchner, Joanne Weaver and Gloria Lease.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Kirchner (Achey); his daughter Donna (Steve Jones) of Coatesville; his stepchildren, Kimberly (Rick Jackson) of York, Monica (Abe Weidman) of Elizabethtown and Craig (Heather Givens) of Mountville; his grandchildren, Stephanie Jamison, Brittany Jackson, Amanda Mast, Zachary Jackson, Mitchell Weidman, Nicholas Weidman, Benjamin Jackson, Julia Givens, Abby Weidman and Ryan Givens; and his siblings, Anna (John Byrne) of Lancaster and Patrick Kirchner of Gettysburg. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Elizabethtown Grace Church (305 Anchor Rd, Elizabethtown, PA 17022). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
