She was predeceased by: her husband Donald L. "Hook" Smith, Sr.; her parents, Chester Sayers and Bessie Carman Sayers; her grandson Kevin B. Smith; and her siblings, Hazel Peters and Allen Sayers.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald L. Smith, Jr. (Susan) of Washington Boro, Barry L. Smith (Dianne) of Washington Boro and Mark E. Smith (Dana) of Washington Boro. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, one step-grandchild and three step-great-grandchildren.
