He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Hatley and Elizabeth Hatley (Shaw). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Hatley (Stevens); his children, Sheryl Allston (Mark), Brian Hatley and Lisa M. Price; and his sister-in-law Marion Grochowski. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 3 nieces.
