He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Fox, Sr. and Jessie Noll. He is survived by: his wife Ann Sherman of Elizabethtown; his children, Gary Fox of Lebanon, Shannon Nicole Heim of Maytown, Bobbi Jo Bortner of Columbia, Jimmy (Alexis Bortner) of Maytown and Melissa Frasure; and his brothers, Steven Fox of Manheim, Charles Trostle of Lebanon and John Fox, Jr. of Cleona. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
