He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Hershey and Evelyn Clark Hershey. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Simmons Hershey; his daughter Nicole L. Hershey of Elizabethtown; his stepson Steven Brown of Lititz; his granddaughter Brianna Wolfe; and his brothers, Michael Hershey of Elizabethtown and Philip (Linda Hershey) of Newark, DE. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
