He was predeceased by: his father Curtis Etzweiler; and his siblings, Timothy Etzweiler, Curtis Etzweiler and Lisa Etzweiler. He is survived by: his mother Grace Johnson (Heist); his daughter Shauna Etzweiler; and his sisters, Elizabeth Broughtor, Linda Brown and Patricia Kreider. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
