He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Ruhl and Pauline Ruhl (Smith). He is survived by: his significant other Barb Eppley; his children, Christoper Ruhl (Laura) and Danielle Ruhl (Carl); and his siblings, Linda Nesbit and Scott. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, along with many other family and friends.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Michael's name to the Delaches Fishing Association, 5450 Elizabethtown Rd., Palmyra PA 17078.
