She was predeceased by: her parents, George Griffin and Bertha Griffin (Watts); her husband Charles Chaulk; and her son Kevin Slack. She is survived by: her children, Barry Slack, Susan Frank (Brent), Chaz Chaulk (Sherrie), Chris Chaulk (Staci) and Mike Chaulk (Jessica); and her brother Roy Griffin. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
