It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy M. Rice of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, born in Middleburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 3, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles S. Spigelmeyer and Cora Spigelmeyer (Klase); her spouse Penrose R. Rice Sr.; and her daughter Betty D. Flowers. She is survived by: her son Penrose R. Rice Jr. (Mary) of Elizabethtown; her sisters, Connie Flury of Elizabethtown and Bonnie Whitsel (Ted) of Middleburg; her grandsons, Michael Rice of Elizabethtown and Roger Flowers Jr. of Elizabethtown; and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Kelsey, Samantha, Elizabeth Rice and Sydnie Flowers.
