He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Spisak and Ann Spisak (Stasko); and his sister Ethel Lex. He is survived by: his wife Edna L. Spisak (Pifer); and his children, Terrence M. Spisak (Suzanne) of Millersville, PA, Barbara A. Hubert (John) of Shippensburg, PA, David A. Spisak (Carol) of Charlotte, NC, Patricia L. Millen (Matt) of Durham, PA, Timothy R. Spisak (Malanie) of Moneta, VA and Steven M. Spisak (Kim) of Boiling Springs, PA. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
