He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman S. Sheidy and Ruth E. Sheidy (Gerhart); and his sisters, Sally A. McMahon and Linda J. Keppley. He is survived by: his wife Ethel M. Sheidy (Heck); and his children, Melinda S. (Marc A.), Lisa L. Sheidy (late Andrew S. Keane) of Middletown, PA, Melissa A. (Timothy E. Sehein) of Royersford, PA and Ryan R. Sheidy (Candace Costik) of Elizabethtown, PA.. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
