He was predeceased by: his father Fred F. Piermattei. He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Acheson Piermattei of Sunbury; his son Andre G. Piermattei of Hummelstown; his brothers, Dean F. Piermattei (Nicole) of Elizabethtown and Fred M. Piermattei (Nancy) of Middleburg; and also, Catherine F. Piermattei of Hummelstown and Kim A. Piermattei (Timothy Bacon) of Benton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
