She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Sager and Grace Sager (Risser); her husband G. Roland Lapp Sr.; and her brothers, Jerry and Melvin Sager.
She is survived by: her children, Julie A. Shiner (Weems) of Nescopeck, PA, George R. Lapp Jr. of Middletown, Robert J. Lapp (Erica) of Lancaster and Anthony T. Lapp of Elizabethtown; her grandchildren, Timothy Shiner, Devon and Nicole Lapp; and her sisters, Fern Burrel of Columbia and Shirl Bowers of Elizabethtown.
