He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Heisey and Ruth Heisey (Fraunfelder). He is survived by: his wife Karen Heisey (Itzoe); his sons, Brian P. Heisey (Sarah) of York and Mark A. Heisey (Lisa) of Gettysburg; his grandchildren, Noah, Violet, Luke and Claire Heisey; his sister Patricia A. Harzer of Elizabethtown; and his sister-in-law Linda V. Itzoe of Elizabethtown. He is also survived by extended family and caring friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bill's memory to the Humane League of Lancaster County, 2195 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, PA 17602.
