He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leeper and Daisy Leeper (Sweeney); his wife Roberta "Birdie" J. Leeper (Stoudt); his son W. Scott Leeper; and his stepgrandson Bruce Eisenhauer.
He is survived by: his daughter Jolene Wenkhous (Joel); his grandchildren, Nicole, Erin (Lindsay), Stephanie and Brandon; and his brothers, John "Jack" Leeper and Carl Leeper (Bonnie). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
