He was predeceased by : his parents, Homer Morgan and Helen Bixler Morgan; his wife Nettie A. Morgan; his children, John Jr. and Mary Morgan; and his siblings, William, Paul, Ronald, Ray, Homer Jr. Morgan and Shirley Wolf.

He is survived by : his son Jeffrey Morgan; his stepchildren, Harold "Butch" Stuppy (Ann Marie), Gloria Stuppy, Lucille Michaels Wiconisco (Charles Jr.) and Doris "Dot" Lewis (Craig); and his siblings, Dennis "Nole" Morgan, Gordon, Dale "Checky" Morgan, Thomas "Blub" Morgan, Patricia "Girl" Neumeister and Carol "Liz" Deitrich. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren and 8 Great Great Grandchildren; Nieces and nephews.
