He was predeceased by: his parents, Sinary Kessler and Lola Kessler (Zerbe); and his siblings, Mae Deppen, Pauline Coleman, Mark and Earl Kessler.
He is survived by: his sister Carolyn Troutman of Elizabethville; and his sister-in-law Nancy Kessler of Dornsife. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
