He is survived by: his parents, Harold Spacht and Alice Spacht (Shirley); his wife Kaye Hicks (Erb); his children, Ashley and William Hicks; and his siblings, Harold Hicks and Delcie Hicks. He is also survived by Three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
