He was predeceased by: his parents, William Witmer and Elda Witmer (Crawley). He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his children, Cindy S. Wolfgang of Elizabethville, PA and Jeffrey L. Witmer (Stacey) of Etters, PA; his grandchildren, Nathan Pendal (Stacy), Bret Kerstetter (Jennifer) and Maitland Witmer; and his great grandchildren, Brianna Rickert (Coy), Kaylee Pendal, Austin Kerstetter and Addisyn Kerstetter.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Salem Lutheran Church (205 W Main St, Elizabethville, PA 17023). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
