He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Glenn and Betty Fay Dunkleberger (Bernheisel); his wife Susan M. Dunkleberger (Turner); his son Sgt. Brent William Dunkleberger; his sister Diane Ulsh; and his brothers-in-law, Ed Ulsh and Donald Kretzing.
He is survived by: his daughter Marcie Emlet (Troy Snyder) of New Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Brandon Emlet (Danielle), Payge Goodling (Ryan), Andrew Emlet (Destiny), Deavon Rich (Destiny), Molley Emlet, William Emlet, Steven Emlet, Alex Dunkleberger (Thu), Belinda Shrawder (David), Kelli Weyandt-Dunkleberger and Zoe Weyandt-Dunkleberger; and his sisters, Patricia "Pat" Kretzing and Flo Loy (Dick). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
