He is survived by: his children, Michael Foley (Stephanie) of Florida, Donnie Ray "Bud" Frelin, II of Ellwood City, Travis Frelin (Mariah) of Grove City and Nikki Frelin of Ellwood City; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Joseph, Luke, Gracie, Kylie, Matthew, Danny, Westyn, Hudson and Breccan; his great grandchild Melodie; and his siblings, Anita Bauer of Michigan, Carol Pleiss of Harmony, Ron Frelin (Debbie) of Wampum and Harry Frelin (Mary Jo Malcolm) of Ellwood City.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 898 Wampum New Galilee Rd, Wampum, PA 16157.
