With sadness, we share the passing of Jeffrey K. Welsh of Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Jeffrey, born on December 2, 1955, passed away on August 31, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Welsh and Martha Madish Welsh. He is survived by: his wife Doreen Ottavio Welsh; his children, Renee Brahler (Max) of Grove City and Brad Welsh of Ellwood City; his grandchildren, Brady (Tayler), Ryan Welsh, Lucas, Madison, Nicholas Miller, Luke, Mya and Cruz Brahler; his great grandchild Vivian Welsh; and his sisters, Ruth Evans (Bill) of Ohio, Linda Findling (Duane) of Idaho and Debi Smigel (Barry) of Idaho.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ellport Community Center (313 Burns Ave, Ellwood City, PA 16117).
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Ellwood City Amateur Baseball Federation.
