She was predeceased by: her husband Warren C. O'Neill; her parents, Jonathan Millard and Florence Keiffer Millard; and her siblings, Jonathan, Edward, Horace Millard and Mazzie McGinnis.
She is survived by: her son Charles W. (Vickie O'Neill) of Harbeson, DE; and her sister Geraldine Kaiser of Elverson.
